Components of Ringlock:
standard: Usually used in Q345 material of 60 *3.25, 48 *3.25 steel pipe. Hot-dip galvanizing process, according to the
length of the design,the vertical bar disc  buckle joint spacing should be 0.5m Modular settings, one end with a connecting
rod or sleeve.

ledger: designed according to length, the length of cross bar should be set according to  0.3m modulus. Welded cross bar
fastener at both ends.

diagonal brace: designed according to length and welded cable-stayed fastener at both  ends.

bass collar: Welded with disc, connected with adjustable base and vertical pole.

side bracket: used for support of epitaxy platform and scaffolding system.

disk plate: 10 mm thick, Q235B steel plate.

Wedge pin: Used to lock the head of cross bar and disc.

Cable-stayed buckle joint: Wedge pin is used to clamp on the big hole of the disc.

Cross bar fastener: Wedge pin is used to clamp the disc hole.

Adjustable base jack: Used to adjust vertical height.

.U-head jack bracket: Used for supporting formwork of disc support system.

Stepping ladder and armrest: Connect upper and lower layers, easy for workers to work  and walk, mainly suitable for
disc scaffolding system.

Hanging steel springboard: Hanging on the disc bar through the hook, the unique hook design, seamless connection
with the steel pipe, strong load-bearing, anti-skid drainage to ensure  construction safety.

Ringlock system scaffold is a typical modular scaffold system, including support system and scaffold construction system.
Ringlock scaffold system is also known as: Chrysanthemum buckle scaffold system, chrysanthemum disc scaffold system,
inserted disc scaffold system, wheel disc scaffold system, buckle disc scaffold, layer frame (layer frame, Leia frame, because
the basic principle of the scaffold is invented by German laiher (Leia) company, also known as "Leia frame" by the industry.



It is mainly used for the lighting frame and background frame of large-scale concerts.) Disc type multi-functional scaffold is an
upgraded product after the bowl type scaffold. This kind of scaffold pole is welded with a disk every 0.50m on a certain length of
steel pipe. The new and beautiful disk is used to connect the crossbar with a connecting sleeve at the bottom. The cross bar is
made of plug with bolt welded on both ends of steel pipe.
